The Big Four Bridge is a former railroad bridge that crosses the Ohio River from Louisville, KY to Jeffersonville, IN. Completed in 1895 and shut down in 1968, the bridge was restored and reopened in 2013 for pedestrians and cyclists.
As a kid, I called the bridge the “Stuck Bridge” because if I were to ever get up there, which at the time I had no easy way to do so, I would’ve been stuck.
